The LUKOIL-Inter-Card (LICARD) System is a comprehensive fuel payment management system focused on Fuel and Loyalty Cards.
From its inception, the LICARD System was designed to offer a platform to service the LUKOIL Fuel Cards held by corporate customers. Over time the System was enhanced to support individual customers including Bonus and Discount Cards, international payment associations’ cards (Visa, MasterCard) and other third-party fuel cards.
LUKOIL-Inter-Card is continuously enhancing the LICARD System, providing customers with the latest technologies for ease-of-use and up-to-date information services to businesses that use the Fuel Cards.
