The LICARD Discount Card is a plastic card used for cash purchases of oil products, other related products and services at discounted prices applicable to the LUKOIL Service Stations as well as to other third-party stations where the LICARD System Cards are accepted.

As of the start of 2007, LUKOIL-Inter-Card has issued in excess of 2 million cards.

The LICARD Discount Card has the largest acceptance throughout Russia being welcome at 1746 Service Stations and granting a discount for oil products of up to 5%

Commencing July 2007, the LICARD Discount Card is accepted at the LUKOIL Service Stations in Ukraine and Belarus.
